01. About MotoTribe

MotoTribe ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") is an online motorcycle riding community platform designed for Indian riders to connect, share, and participate in tribe-specific groups. MotoTribe facilitates community interaction and does not organise, endorse, or take responsibility for any physical rides, events, or activities arranged between members.

Access to the platform is granted at our sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.

02. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use MotoTribe.
• You must hold a valid motor vehicle driving licence as required by the laws of India.
• By using the platform, you represent that you meet both requirements above.
• Membership to individual tribes is subject to approval by the respective tribe administrator.

03. Rider Responsibility & Safety

Participation in any riding activity organised by or through MotoTribe tribes is entirely at your own risk.

• You are solely responsible for your own safety and the roadworthiness of your motorcycle.
• Always wear a full-face ISI-certified helmet and appropriate riding gear.
• Comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations of India at all times.
• Never ride under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs judgement.
• MotoTribe shall not be liable for any accident, injury, death, property damage, or loss arising from any ride or activity, whether or not connected to the platform.
• You agree to indemnify MotoTribe and its administrators against any claims arising from your participation in tribe activities.

04. Community Code of Conduct

All members must adhere to the following standards within any MotoTribe portal or communication channel:

• Treat fellow riders with respect regardless of make, engine size, or riding style.
• No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or targeted personal attacks.
• No sharing of content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or harmful.
• No spam, unsolicited promotions, or commercial solicitation without prior approval.
• No impersonation of other members, administrators, or MotoTribe staff.
• Ride-related information shared on the platform (routes, alerts, weather) is community-sourced and should be independently verified.

Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate removal from the tribe or platform without notice.

05. User-Generated Content

By submitting photos, messages, ride logs, or any other content to MotoTribe, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and reproduce that content within the community. You retain ownership of your content.

• You must only share content you have the right to share.
• Do not post photos of individuals without their consent.
• MotoTribe reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion.

06. Tribe Membership & Access

• Entry to each tribe is subject to approval by the tribe administrator.
• Tribe administrators may set their own supplemental rules, provided they do not conflict with these Terms.
• MotoTribe may revoke access to any tribe or the entire platform at its discretion for any breach of these Terms.
• Tribe access credentials must not be shared with non-members.

07. Disclaimer of Warranties

MotoTribe is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of community-sourced information, or fitness for any particular purpose. The platform relies on third-party services (Supabase, Groq, Vercel) and may be subject to their availability.

08. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, MotoTribe and its administrators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in any tribe activity, including but not limited to road accidents, personal injury, property loss, or data loss.

09. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the platform. Continued use of MotoTribe after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
